The presentation aims to explain - on examples - how models like TMMI can be used to support continous improvement of testing and QA process. I will shortly explain the idea of maturity models and show how to use them to improve specific areas of an organization.
The presentation is planned for 45 minutes, however it would be good to have it followed by a discussion panel, where the participants can discuss own challenges in testing improvement.
