Power games in testing

As testers, test managers, POs, BAs...as being a HAW (Human At Work) we are constantly confronted with all sorts of power games.

But most of the time, we do not even realize that we are playing or that others are playing with us.

These games are nasty, unconscious, destructive and they only have one rule: there's no winner, only losers. 

Though some still love to play, the good news is that you're not forced to...

My talk will share some of those games I was involved in, how they work, how you play, how you stop playing and get off the runaway train. No buzz, no b***it, just plain experience, tips and tricks, straight from the field of testing (and psychology if you really want to know more)
