Automated test model survey

We will talk about typical automation problems, how to identify the symptoms of “something-goin-wrong”, which metrics should be gathered for that and how to localize the problems and estimate their impact/priority. If you already found yourself knee-deep in the problems, I will provide the common instruction on how to fix it and whom to invite to the project rescue party. Also, we will discuss how to avoid such undesirable situations in the future (or prevent them from the very beginning) along with some real-life examples and results.
