25.10.2018How we bridged the gap between Manual & Automation testing
Do you have separate Manual Test team and Automation test team? If yes, its good. But does your manual testing have confidence in Automation ? Does this team even knows what are the Automation engineers doing or what is being automated by them? Do you think that there is a lack of involvement of manual testers in automation testing.
Moreover, does your Automated test gets any advantage of Manual QA experience?
We were facing the same problems and in my talk i would like to share our experience how we got rid of these problems by automating our processes and getting full involvement of both these teams.
What Challenges we faced, what were our solutions, how it benefited us. Hopefully my talk will answer a lot of questions.

22.01.2018Testers are from Mars and Developers are from Venus
We all know that Testers and Developers are two sides of the same coin. That coin is called "The Product", and in theory everybody is working towards a common goal. I don't know which side you are on, but have you ever felt that there are some disagreements at times, and the more the product needs to be improved, the more these disagreements arise?
In this era, where no compromise is possible on the speed of execution or the quality of the product, can these two teams work without conflict and in tandem? Will it be possible to find the right balance, so that they can combine forces and help their product to achieve escape velocity?
I've been working for more than 8 years as a tester, and in this talk, I really wanted to share with the community some real-life examples which we implemented to ensure a healthy and productive collaboration between these two teams. Not all ideas succeeded, but then that is exactly why we need to have this talk.
