Agile ways of working changed the pace of test management entirely over the past decade. Test Management in the agile world can be as efficient as earlier if we adopt best practices and flexible ways of working. In my talk, I would like to discuss how we changed the pace of testing in the agile world using few alterations to existing processes and automation.
